Personal Assistant for Sadia
Sadia Patel is a bubbly and positive individual who enjoys socialising and loves arts and crafts. A typical day in her life might include drawing, reading, visiting friends and going for coffee or simply spending time at home with her cats.
As Sadia’s personal assistant, you’ll provide support with domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry and tidying, as well as caring for her cat. Some heavy lifting is required with tasks such as taking out the bins.
Sadia is looking for a friendly, helpful and chatty person who can work with her collaboratively to meet her needs and is able to take initiative. It would also be ideal if you have an understanding of strokes and neurological difficulties.
This position is based in Robroyston G33 with some time spent in the local area for outings and appointments. A driving licence is preferred but not essential. The role is 10.5 hours per week at £13.60 per hour. Working days are Tuesday, Friday and Saturday with 3.5 hours each day. Start time is negotiable around 10.30am to 11am.
Previous experience in care is not essential as long as you are willing to learn and are happy to take instruction. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting people to live independently.
