Waking Night Support Worker — £15.00 per hour + up to £2,400 bonus

Full time, Permanent | 10pm–10am | 3 nights on, 3 nights off

Theracare Homes — Chipping, near Preston (commutable from Longridge, Ribchester, Clitheroe, Fulwood, Blackburn, Garstang)

* Predictable rota: 3 on / 3 off, 12-hour nights (10pm–10am)

What you'll do

* Safeguard and supervise through the night, keep the environment calm and consistent
* Support bedtime and morning routines (personal care where required)
* Complete accurate logs, wellbeing observations, and incident reports
* Follow care plans, risk assessments, and hand over clearly to day staff
* Conduct regular house checks and respond to any night time needs

What you'll bring

* 1+ year experience in residential childcare or closely related settings (EBD/SEMH, CAMHS, SEN, youth work)
* Child centred practice, excellent record keeping, and confident de-escalation skills
* Working towards (or willing to work towards) Level 4 CYPF Practitioner
* Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Chipping
* Legal right to work in the UK

Pay and benefits

* £15.00 per hour
* Up to £2,400 annual bonus (performance and attendance)
* 3 on / 3 off nights, 10pm–10am
* Free meals on duty, pension, ongoing training
