As a Specialist Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in providing vital support and guidance to young individuals, helping them navigate life transitions and acquire essential life skills.
Provide personalised supervision and support to empower young people to live safely and independently.
Assist in developing crucial life skills such as budgeting, cooking, accessing education, and training opportunities.
Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure the well-being and success of our service users.

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
Previous experience working with children, youth offending, care leavers, or substance/alcohol misuse preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and some nights as part of a rotating schedule.
