Internal Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: • Help our customers with their projects and technical enquiries to help drive sales • Become a champion in providing sales and technical support to our external sales team, agencies and customers • Communicate with many internal departments like production, engineering, shipping & accounts to ensure smooth running of projects. • Become an expert on our world leading processing machines and services The successful Internal Sales Coordinator will have: • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field or a business degree combined with a technical background. • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work as an individual as well as a team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focus. • A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products • A good understanding and working knowledge of CRM & ERP software. • English. Any additional language would be very useful.
