To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries. Maintain appropriate records in relation to Northumbria Wellbeing members, including their activity and any relevant data collected, ensuring that data / information is collected and stored appropriately and in line with relevant sector / legislative guidelines. As part of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation trusts multi-disciplinary team, contribute to the implementation of appropriate wellbeing activities that support projects, awards and recognition events in relation to the provision of a healthy working environment.
