£150 – £265 per day (dependent on experience)
Milk Education is working with one of our priority excellent Secondary Schools who are looking for a pool of supply teachers to help on a day to day, short term and long term basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and help maintain a calm, positive learning environment where every student feels motivated to succeed. You will work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
💡 Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to inclusive education
* Ability to provide two recent references
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3–KS5 (or within your subject specialism)
* Create and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic progress and engagement
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
* Maintain high standards of behaviour management
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
* Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
