The Head of Customer Growth is a senior leader within Paddy Power Gaming, accountable for driving customer base growth across acquisition, cross-sell, and lifecycle. Reporting to the Gaming Director – Paddy Power, you’ll shape and implement growth strategies that improve player value and long-term contribution.
This role requires commercial sharpness, data-led thinking, and strong cross-functional influence to deliver standout results in a highly driven market.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead Customer Acquisition: Own and optimise acquisition strategy for Paddy Power Gaming, partnering with the Sports Acquisition Growth Manager and influencing internal partners across Commercial, Finance, and Marketing.
2. Drive Performance Insights: Manage a team of analysts to uncover trends, surface opportunities, and steer business decisions. Own monthly performance narratives and ensure prioritised support from Data Science and Product.
3. Own Cross-Sell Strategy: Improve growth from our Sports-led customer base using CRM, journeys, promotions, and product enhancements.
4. Accelerate Lifecycle Value: Support high-impact lifecycle campaigns across key stages—onboarding, churn, and reactivation—by aligning with cross-functional teams around clear customer goals.
5. Lead & Inspire: Manage and grow a high-performing team (6–7 people, 2 direct reports), fostering a culture of ownership, pace, and innovation.
6. Collaborate & Influence: Act as the growth voice across Commercial, Product, Finance, and the Paddy Power LT—aligning plans and securing consensus to key initiatives.
