Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager located in Hook. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing food and beverage services, overseeing staff training, and meeting sales targets. The manager will also handle inventory management, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage services
* Ability to train and manage staff effectively
* Sales skills with the ability to meet targets
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
