Role: PMO Manager
Day Rate: £500pd Inside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes (60% onsite)
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance
Duration: 6 month Work Package

Join a high-impact programme at the heart of government transformation. We're seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to lead and deliver full-spectrum PMO services for a Technology Strategy Programme. This role is pivotal in ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across complex projects, acting as the central hub for compliance, communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead governance reporting and Programme Board support
* Maintain CRAIDDL logs, POAP, and milestone tracking
* Manage resource utilisation, onboarding/offboarding, and HR compliance
* Support financial tracking and benefits realisation
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain programme documentation
* Ensure data accuracy across SharePoint and MS Project
* Support project lifecycle activities and ad hoc SLT tasks
We're looking for you to have experience in:
* 7+ years in PMO/project delivery
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in secure government or defence environments
* Proficiency in MS Office and project governance tools
* Stakeholder management and financial reporting expertise
