This is a Cleaning Role with Godfrey Group Facilities, across 2 housing association sites in Bangor. 22 hours per week at £12.75 per hour.
You will work 2 hours every day, usually between 9am-11am OR 2pm-4pm, cleaning a large Office space. As well as 4 hours on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, cleaning communal housing areas.
Pay is Monthly. Paid holidays will be accrued as you work.
You will need to have your own transport between local sites.
Duties
-Cleaning an Office space every day.
* Cleaning a residential property 3 days a week, cleaning communal corridors, toilet, bin area, kitchen and lounge area.
* Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
* Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
* Emptying bins and replacing liners
* Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
* Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
* Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
* Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
