SALES ADMINISTRATOR / PRODUCTION PLANNER – MINIMUM 25 HOUR PER WEEK
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a well established textile manufacturing business in the heart of Treorchy
Office opening Hours are 9 am to 5pm Monday –Friday
Working hours flexible between 9 am to 5pm Monday –Friday (can be spread across 4 days)
Permanently office based NOT HOME WORKING
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Stock control data entry
* Answering customer queries by telephone and e-mail.
* Liaising with different departments within the factory
* Basic production planning
* Admin support to Managing Director
EXPECTATIONS
* GCSE in Maths & English
* User of Microsoft (specifically Word and Excel)
* You will be highly organised, articulate, and have first class communication skills, being able to communicate confidently.
* A knowledge of using Sage would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
