Primary Teacher - KS1 and SEN Experienced
Salary: £38,000 – £56,000 +£2700 SEN Allowance

They have an excellent reputation due to providing their teachers and students with onsite clinical support from SALTs and OTs, increased TAs in classrooms, and very small class sizes of 6–8.

About the role
* Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' needs
* Integrate EHCP targets to support academic and personal growth
* Develop literacy skills including reading fluency, phonics, writing and communication
* Model best practice and provide guidance to colleagues
* Collaborate with therapists, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning
* Review and improve the curriculum based on assessment and research
What we are looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status with specialist expertise KS1 and SEN education
* Experience designing and leading curriculum development preferably in a SEND or ASC setting
* Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and understanding of dyslexia and communication needs
* A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
