Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a temporary role for around 3 months initially. There will also be a permanent role being advertised that the candidate can apply for. The role requires the person to start ASAP. The role will be part of a team who will manage essential safety and compliance programmes, ensuring properties meet the highest standards. The main duties of the role are : overseeing gas and legionella safety (Gas Safe registration required), monitor contractor performance carry out quality inspections. work closely with contractors and customers to resolve issues This is a varied role where attention to detail, collaboration, and a proactive approach are essential. Essential criteria are: experience in repairs and maintenance strong inspection, contractor, and budget management skills. Gas Safe registered (or working toward an HND in maintenance), you understand safety standards across gas, electrical, asbestos, and water systems.
