Facilities Team Administrator Fully office-based Stratford London 35 hours per week 12-week temporary role (Immediate start) Equivalent to £28,409 per annum We are recruiting for a Facilities Team Administrator to support a busy team. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries while providing efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Facilities team Handle internal and external queries, resolving or escalating as needed Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation Support financial processes, including maintaining spreadsheets Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Contribute to team objectives and KPIs Skills & Experience Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Highly organised with strong planning ability Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with business systems (e.g. helpdesk) If youre a proactive administrator available for an immediate start, apply today!
