Role: Residential Home Manager
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £65,000 + £10,000 Annual Bonus
We’re working in partnership with a leading care provider to appoint a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager for a purpose-built care home just outside Grimsby. This welcoming home provides high-quality residential care for older people, individuals living with dementia, and younger adults with physical disabilities.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, values-driven leader to shape the culture of a well-established home and drive continued improvements in staff development, care quality, and community engagement.
The Role:
As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service — leading your team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Residential Home Manager
Proven track record of managing regulated care services (ideally CQC-rated Good or Outstanding)
Knowledge of safeguarding, governance, and person-centred care practices
Passion for coaching and developing staff
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
