Off to Work is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Account Managerto lead our North West operations. You’ll be joining a passionate and innovative team, part of a company that has spent 25 years delivering exceptional staffing solutions for world-class events across the UK and internationally (France, USA, Japan, and beyond).
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be the driving force behind client success and team performance in the region. This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends client relationship management, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.
The Senior Account Manager Role
1. Own and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients across the North West
2. Lead, mentor, and support both full-time and casual teams
3. Ensure smooth delivery of complex, multi-day events with logistical finesse
4. Build strong client relationships through attentive, solution-driven service
5. Oversee recruitment, team development, and succession planning
6. Manage sales forecasting, operations, budgets, and service innovation
7. Be a hands-on leader, thriving under pressure with creative problem-solving

8. Proven leadership experience in operations, staffing, or client services
9. Ability to manage large teams and complex event logistics
10. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
