A growing architectural and design-led consultancy based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Senior CDM Principal Designer to support their expanding workload across the North East.
The practice provide architecture-led schemes with integrated Principal Designer services across residential, commercial and public sector projects.
Responsibilities
* Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
* Providing CDM advice to clients and designers
* Managing pre-construction information
* Attending project meetings

* £50,000 to £68,000 per annum (DOE)
