Salary: Grade 7 - £34,133 to £40,497 per annum depending on experience

Job Description:
The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been a leader in agricultural education for 180 years, known for its strong links with industry and innovative courses. We are seeking a UK Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students, engaging with schools, colleges, and other educational partners, and representing the university at various events.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing student recruitment strategies.
2. Building relationships with prospective students, schools, and educational partners.
3. Organizing and attending recruitment events and open days.
4. Collaborating with marketing and admissions teams to promote the university.
5. Monitoring recruitment activities and reporting on outcomes.
Qualifications and experience required:
1. Experience in student recruitment or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours when necessary.
