Essential Duties & Responsibilities To read and review the specialist subcontractor reports/paperwork/certification applicable to their contract and discuss ongoing issues with specialist contractors ensuring works are complete and any outstanding or remedial works arising are communicated to the client and the Commercial Team for quotation. Assist with accurate reporting on compliance, SLAs, KPIs in-line in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
