A well loved, fast-growing eCommerce brand is looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid advertising strategy across multiple channels and platforms.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns, optimising performance across search, social, and emerging platforms. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, identifying opportunities to scale profitable activity while maintaining excellent campaign performance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and optimising paid campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta & TikTok with a view to explore, test & learn other channels)
2. Developing channel-specific strategies while maintaining a cohesive approach to customer acquisition
3. Managing budgets effectively and forecasting performance to support business growth
