The Colleges' Partnership is looking for a dedicated and confident Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team at Edinburgh. In this key role, you will support apprentices across their programme, from induction to completion—delivering high-quality training, conducting reviews, and ensuring compliance throughout the learner journey. You will work closely with military learners, using your teaching, assessment, and coaching skills to guide them through their Functional Skills and vocational qualifications, while offering tailored support and feedback. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering and assessing apprenticeship standards and Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2 - Conducting regular progress reviews and training sessions - Supporting learners through induction, mentoring, and exit processes - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring audit compliance - Collaborating with delivery and admin teams to ensure quality and consistency What you'll bring: - A relevant teaching/assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards) - Experience working in an FE, training provider, or military learning environment - Strong communication, organisation, and learner support skills - The ability to adapt your delivery to meet individual needs and learning styles - A commitment to quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement We offer: - Salary of £28,162 - £29,777 if/once qualified - Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + discretional Christmas closedown (this usually means approx. 32 days per year, plus bank holidays) - Enhanced sick pay - Enhanced maternity & paternity pay - Paid compassionate leave - Perkbox membership This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of military learners—while working within a supportive and values-led organisation.
