We are seeking a Senior Associate in Property Litigation for a role that has route to Directorship quickly if desired.
Our client is a Legal Property Litigator who boasts a number of UHNW and International clients, managing their property portfolios, and there is an established team who are seeking an increase in work across contentious matters. You will take over a mixed caseload and be focussed on getting to know your clients and managing their expectations, providing them with the best legal guidance, advice and support.
The position comes with paralegal support and you will take responsibility for signing off and at times drafting defence documents, witness and respondent statements. You will be a natural communicator, keeping clients updated on matters to include:
1. Lease Extension and breaches
2. Enfranchisement
3. Right to Manage
4. Disputes to include property Service Charge, Neighbour and Partnership
5. General Debt Recovery
6. Possession Claims
7. Enforcement
The position is a senior position within the firm, and you will be influential in supporting the Head of Dept on leadership initiatives to the wider team and department.
