Job Description:

We’re excited to be working with a vibrant, fast-growing brand to recruit for a Business Development Manager – as part of the company’s impressive expansion plans. Joining as a pivotal member of an already established and passionate team, you will be hands-on in helping to shape the company’s proposition and develop strong partnerships to drive revenue.

They work with some big-name clients already, and they’re just getting started. This role allows you to own your pipeline, define your sales approach, and drive commercial success. It’s a truly end-to-end sales role, perfect for someone who thrives on achieving results!

The Day to Day:

* Identify key clients across sectors like EComm, Travel, FMCG, Financial Services, Utilities, Automotive, and more
* Create innovative pitches to attract attention and start conversations
* Manage your pipeline to convert prospects into clients
* Navigate complex processes for high-value deals
* Grow your client portfolio and recognize additional opportunities
* Own your revenue and profit targets with rewards
* Travel to client meetings and events across the UK
* Maintain CRM records


You Will Have/Be:

* 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retail, incentives, or product sectors
* Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
* Ability to develop pricing strategies and negotiate deals
* Tenacity, creativity, and target-driven mindset
* Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce
