Key Responsibilities: Collaborate seamlessly with Teachers to deliver targeted special needs intervention Lead interventions Lead small group sessions addressing specific learning needs within a supportive environment Provide personalised one-to-one support to pupils with special educational requirements Step in confidently to cover classes in the absence of the Teacher, adapting to diverse learning needs Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages and enhances the learning experiences of all students Requirements: Qualified to Degree level is essential Hold a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have experience as an Unqualified Teacher Demonstrate prior experience working with special needs in Primary School settings Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in adapting to diverse learning needs Display a positive and proactive attitude towards special needs intervention Showcase the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Exhibit a genuine passion for education and helping children with special needs reach their potential You will be expected to work across both sites as and when required.
