They are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager with 4+ years experience selling into the OOH channels across London. Someone who knows how to open doors, win business and nurture that business. Someone with high energy and a hunter mentality. Someone who manages multiple relationships with purpose.

Key Commercial Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with sales agencies
* Drive sales growth across all OOH spaces
* Monitor sales performance and provide support when necessary
* Support and lead negotiations with national accounts and key customers
* Build and execute joint business plans to strengthen customer partnerships
* Partner closely with marketing teams to align customer strategies with brand plans
* Support trade marketing initiatives, activations and promotional campaigns
* Use understanding of industry to guide and develop strategies
Ideal Commercial Manager Qualities:
* Experienced drinks FMCG person with a passion for the industry
* Strong understanding of managing multiple sales channels
* Experience managing wholesaler relationships
* Proven experience managing distributors, agencies or third:party sales partners
* 4+ years experience across sales, account management or commercial roles
* Experience managing national account relationships and customer partnerships
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P and L ownership and budget management
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially driven mindset
* Passion for working within purpose:led or challenger brands
* Flexibility for occasional UK travel
