Retail Supervisor (Barista Experience Required)
We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-focused Retail Supervisor with mandatory barista experience to join our casual workforce, supporting operations across a range of high-profile venues.

Key Responsibilities
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the retail and catering teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience
* Ensuring effective team communication and operational coordination across shifts
* Resolving customer feedback and service issues in a professional and timely manner
* Overseeing refunds, and financial transactions with accuracy
* Supporting staff performance and morale through proactive engagement
* Maintaining high standards of service during peak trading periods
Candidate Requirements
* Mandatory barista experience, with the ability to train and support others
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence
