We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Risk and Compliance team and are now looking to fill the role of Risk and Compliance Officer covering Scoltand area. As a Risk and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational teams to maintain high-quality services and meet our governance and regulatory responsibilities across the group. The role You’ll be supporting operational teams in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred services that meet individual needs. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that our compliance tools are aligned to regulatory frameworks and meet our contractual obligations. You’ll be responsible for undertaking agreed audits, including health and safety, and providing coaching and support to managers on regulatory compliance and best practice. About you You will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and safety in care. You will bring a strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks in social care and a collaborative approach to improvement.
