The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process—managing inboxes, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be handling customer queries, feeding back product issues, and supporting the sales team by taking initiative to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the inboxes of one or two sales team members, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately
* Handling inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with queries
* Proactively build customer relationships and follow up opportunities
* Keeping records up to date and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process
* Taking initiative to resolve queries and support the team in day-to-day tasks
About You
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in handling calls and responding to emails professionally
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is a plus
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
