Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in the preparation of documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
* Support team members with clerical duties as required, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
* Ability to administer and collate new and existing stock control systems
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Excellent clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
