What the Job Involves Maintain and monitor the NEC software system for the Benefits Service, ensuring timely payment allocation and process integrity. Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, landlords, and auditors. Assist in implementing new software and updating existing systems, including thorough testing and documentation. Provide technical support and produce management reports using specialized software. Ensure correct operation and legislative compliance of software, conduct reconciliations, and monitor overpayments. Participate in and support IT system projects, providing management information and ensuring data safety and accuracy.
