Conveyancer/ Property Solicitor £30,000 - £45,000 Rotherham - with Hybrid working Permanent About the Firm and role Our Client has been providing legal services since it was established over 100 years ago. The firm act for business and individual clients throughout the UK across a wide range of services which includes Conveyancing, Agricultural, Wills, Probate, Lasting powers of attorney and Trusts. If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancer/ Property Solicitor: Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion. Providing advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of conveyancing, including conducting property searches and completing legal documentation. Building strong relationships with clients, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices. You should be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases; freeholds and leaseholds; remortgages. Transfers of equity and Help to Buy funded transactions. Commercial Property experience would be advantageous.
