Senior FP&A Analyst | PE-Backed SaaS | London | Hybrid
Salary: £70k – £80k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business who are looking for an Senior FP&A Analyst to join a fast-evolving finance function. This is a key analytical role within an international business operating across Europe and the United States, focused on scaling through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
The Role:
This position will act as the analytical engine of the finance team, supporting business performance through high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and commercial insight.
You will work closely with senior leadership to translate financial data into meaningful business intelligence, supporting decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts
* Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance tracking
* Monitor and report on key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohort performance)
* Support board and investor reporting with analysis and commentary
* Build and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting
Essential Background:
* 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A or a strong analytical finance role
* Experience within SaaS, subscription, technology, or data-driven businesses preferred
* Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
* Advanced Excel skills with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
* Proactive, commercially minded, and intellectually curious approach
* Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex data simply
