A fantastic law firm are looking for a Professional Support Lawyer who specialises in commercial law to join their firm. The successful candidate will be operating within the commercial, technology, and data sector, this role presents a distinctive opportunity to support the team in multifaceted ways.
The successful candidate will be required to stay abreast of legislative changes, offer legal insights, facilitate knowledge sharing among team members, and engage in external professional networks. You will also need to identify and address development needs as well as contribute to delivering training programs.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a fee earner or a lawyer aspiring to transition into a Professional Support Lawyer role within commercial law, with a focus on commercial contracts, technology, and data matters.
2. Familiarity with non-contentious IP is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in presentation and training delivery.
4. Competent in drafting and contributing to precedents.
