Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technician based in the Evesham office with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing detailed technical and construction drawings and specifications, ensuring designs comply with regulations, collaborating closely with the internal and external project team, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools to support the development and delivery of projects. The successful applicant will work across various project stages, contributing to high-quality, practical, and sustainable design solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Architectural Technology and a deep understanding of building technologies
* Skilled in Technical Drawing and developing precise Construction Drawings
* Professional experience in Architecture and familiarity with best practices in the field
* Strong proficiency in BIM tools and software
* Experienced Archicad user is a must
* Solid knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards in the United Kingdom
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
* Relevant education or certification, such as a degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Experience in sustainable design and working within sensitive historical or environmental contexts is a plus
