About the Role – Live-In Care Assistant (Lincolnshire)
As a Live-In Carer, you will stay in the client’s home and provide dedicated, person-centered home care support.
Unlike domiciliary care roles with rushed visits, this position allows you to deliver meaningful, unhurried care while building genuine relationships.
You will support with:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, continence care)
* Mobility support and safe transfers
* Meal preparation and nutritional support
* Medication support (following care plans)
* Companionship and emotional reassurance
* Dementia care (where required)
* Light housekeeping
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
* Maintaining accurate care records
This role is ideal for experienced care assistants, home carers, support workers, and senior carers looking for structured live-in care work in Lincolnshire.

What We’re Looking For
To join our Live-In Care Assistant team in Lincolnshire, you will need:
* Experience in home care, domiciliary care, live-in care, or senior care
* A compassionate, patient and professional approach
* Strong communication skills
* A UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Dementia care experience is highly desirable.
