Job Description TP 400 Aftermarket Programme Lead Full/Part Time. Bristol – 3 days in the office What you will be doing The Programme Lead – TP Aftermarket will lead programme responsibilities to deliver the requirements for Cost, Quality and Delivery on TP AFM business in the Transport portfolio. This role will also lead the interface for Rolls Royce into the Europrop International Consortium working with our partner companies MTU, ITP and Safran as well as our National Engine Contract direct with UK MOD and the RAF. This will ensure all contracted aftermarket, MRO and direct spare requirements and customer expectations are fully met, on time and in full. Responsibilities The Programme lead will work closely with the AFM PM, VP Transport and fellow programme leads to manage the forecasting and deliver the P&L commitments against ATS and Target Cascade of the TP400 aftermarket contracts ESS2 and NES, including Long Term Contract Reviews as required. Internally it will be a key interface into the wider Defence teams, including Business Support, Engineering and Procurement. Example: Manage P&L and SAP networks for contract, leveraging the business to return financially and hit relevant KPIs Drive Governance within the Programme including Programme Reviews, Risk, Opps & Threats Ensure wider team is clear on contract deliverables and expectations Support EPI Working Groups as appropriate to ensure continued collaborative success of the consortium Work with Commercial to target high RoS business, maximising impact of TP400 team. Long Term Contract Review Lead – depth of understanding of the TP AFM ESS3 contract, costs, risks and phasing.
