We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Lawyer - Conveyancing to join our client based in their Swindon office.
The Role
* Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Contribute to the growth of the residential property practice through business development initiatives and networking opportunities and expand the firm's market presence in the area
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process
* Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service
* Support the development and supervision of junior members of the team
About you
* 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven business development skills - able to generate own pipeline and network effectively
* Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
* Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
