Being friendly and commercially astute, you will enjoy guest interaction on all levels. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to all members and guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and memorable customer experience.
RECEPTIONIST Must haves:
Previous experience of working in a high-end restaurant/members club
Passionate about hospitality & delivering excellent guest experiences
A natural ease with guests
Confident telephone manner
Flexible and available to work according to business needs
Excellent presentation and with a good command of English
Strong organisation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship, be confident and competent at working with a minimal supervision
