Your newpanyI am excited to be supporting one of our long-standing logistics clients in West Hull to add a customer service advisor to their growing team. The shift pattern provides a strong work-life balance, and you will be working alongside an established and collaborative team. This role is 40 hours a week, working 4 days a week, including either a Saturday or a Sunday, so you MUST be able tomit to weekend work.Interviews are to take place w/c 12th May with an anticipated start date of June 2025.
Your new roleIn this role, you play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to a loyal customer base, maintaining and building on those relationships. Working alongside the transport planning team, you will be the first point of contact for customers booking in orders, liaising on timescales and updating on the status of their deliveries. You will be able to identify any potential issues with orders and support the wider team in securing cost-effective solutions.This role is heavily email and database-focused, so you must be a strong-writtenmunicator and have a high attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience of working within logistics would be beneficial, although full training will be given.
2. You must have a proven track record of working within customer service.
3. Excellentmunicator with a strong attention to detail.
4. Team player and able to collaborate to prioritise workloads.
5. 4 days a week
6. Weekend work is required as this role is either a Wednesday-Saturday or a Sunday-Wednesday working pattern
7. Must be able to reliablymute to site for early start times
