Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector client based in Edinburgh to recruit a business improvement advisor on a temporary contract, for an initial two months.

Working alongside the Business Improvement Manager, you'll be at the heart of our assurance and improvement efforts-gathering and analysing data, customer feedback, and audit insights to help drive strategic progress. Your role will support:
* Delivery of high-quality assurance reporting
* Identification of business risks and opportunities
* Design and implementation of process improvements
* Monitoring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency
You'll engage with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and support change initiatives that lead to measurable, customer-focused results.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive individual with:
* Experience in project or change management
* Experience in risk and assurance
* Knowledge of improvement tools and methodologies
* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
* Background in regulated sectors such as housing, care, or local government (preferred)
* A strategic mindset with the ability to influence change and drive performance
