What You'll Do
* Provide expert technical support and maintenance for Alexander Dennis products across Scotland.
* Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems.
* Carry out fault diagnosis, preventative and reactive maintenance, and warranty claim support.
* Ensure service vehicles are fully equipped and ready for deployment.
* Engage in regular training to maintain product expertise and stay up‑to‑date with all product developments.
* Work closely with customers to provide technical advice and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Time‑served PCV/LGV technician with strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems.
* Self‑motivated, adaptable, and professional with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
* Full UK driving licence and experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.
Bonus if you have
* High voltage diagnostic experience (EV products).
* HVAC and hybrid HV diagnostic experience.
* EV driveline (Voith) and EV battery (ICPT 600V) diagnostic experience.
* Experience in upselling retail work and supporting customer requirements.
