We are looking for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Bromsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing branch within the UK's leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter.
What Youll Be Doing?
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the full recruitment cycle across your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include:
New Business Development: Proactively target and secure new clients to expand your client base.
Candidate Attraction : Write compelling job adverts and use a range of online platforms to attract top talent.
Candidate Management : Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement, ensuring full compliance and suitability.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and industry compliance standards.
On-Call Duties : Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.
What Were Looking For?
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
