Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, seeks a Recruitment Marketing Lead to develop and execute innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as an employer of choice and attracting top-tier talent across all business units.
Responsibilities
 * Lead external talent attraction campaigns across social media and digital platforms
 * Activate and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
 * Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and People & Culture teams
 * Drive inclusive hiring strategies aligned with DEI goals
 * Manage vendor relationships and recruitment events
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
 * Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing
 * Strong digital and social media strategy skills
 * Data-driven with a creative mindset
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
