Your Role
Facilities Maintenance Technicians are vital in collaborating across departments to address facility needs, coordinate repairs, and ensure maintenance, functionality, and compliance for manufacturing.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
* Perform skilled maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, including diagnostic testing.
* Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handling units, and humidifiers.
* Maintain and repair clean room equipment.
* Support maintenance of utilities and HVAC systems, including HEPA installation and certification.
* Assist with installation and provide technical guidance for automated machinery.
* Perform building maintenance tasks, including repairs to doors, windows, and security systems.
* Support electrical wiring and Siemens PLC needs as required.
* Maintain refrigeration systems.
* Operate tools and maintain equipment in a safe condition.
* Prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks.
* Estimate costs and procure tools and materials.
* Ensure safety compliance and maintain documentation.
* Additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
* Technical certification, associate degree, or equivalent in a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related role; experience in sterile injectable manufacturing is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, HVAC, and manufacturing machinery.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Rotational one-week on-call per month.
* Full-time on-site work in York, PA.
