We now offer an exciting opportunity for an academic clinician to be appointed as a Senior Clinical Lecturer (Honorary Consultant) (up to 0.5 WTE academic time). This post is part of the further development of the highly successful medical school at Aston University. The appointee will undertake impactful internationally competitive research and contribute to teaching. The appointee will, alongside their academic work also undertake clinical duties at consultant level. The post is not tied to a specific clinical specialty or research area, but it is intended that the postholder will strengthen or complement current research strengths that include genomic medicine, endocrinology/diabetes, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal research, neurosciences etc. Please submit an online application and upload your CV and a two-page summary of your research plans.
