Student Records Data Coordinator (25/347) – £23,750 per annum • 37 hours per week • Permanent
Location: The Grimsby Institute
About the role
The MIS department are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Data Coordinator to join the Student Records team. This is a diverse role which involves working with student data on a daily basis, across several funding streams and through the whole journey from enrolment to certification.
Key responsibilities include:
* Validation and processing of DBS applications
* Supporting both internal and external customers with queries
* Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
About the person
Knowledge of funding streams would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also have:
* Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Prior data entry experience
* Customer service experience, including the ability to explain complex information
* An eye for detail and accuracy
* Self-motivation and a strong ability to work under pressure
