Customer Service Taxi Rank Agent - Heathrow Airport - £14.10 per hour - Full-time

Due to expansion at Heathrow Airport, we are offering an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Taxi Rank Agents. You will be the face of our business, providing outstanding customer service within the airport sector.

As a Customer Services Adviser, you will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities for progression. We support our staff's development and recognize outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing passengers and establishing destinations as the first point of contact.
* Liaising with the Taxi Feeder Park to confirm driver validity.
* Issuing Local Journey Tickets and addressing passenger and driver queries.
* Checking badges and licenses on the rank, reporting anomalies.
* Reporting unattended packages or parcels for security.
* Using the Hand Held Unit to confirm taxis on the ranks and record LJ/FFS during peak times.
* Handling passengers with oversized luggage or special requirements.
* Learning laws and Heathrow bylaws (training provided).
* Learning destinations and issuing tickets for Fare Zones A, B, and C (training provided).
What you'll bring:
* Flexibility to work across all areas of Heathrow.
* Willingness to work overtime if needed.
* Good command of English.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to use a two-way radio (training provided).
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Knowledge of Heathrow and local area (an advantage).
* Driving license preferred but not essential.

What we offer:
* 42 hours per week, 4 days on/4 days off, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays (shift times 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00).
