This PART-TIME position, located in Guildford, UK, will provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager, EMEA.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Set up member renewal tasks for sales staff on CRM platform. Maintain and improve use of CRM software for the Global Sales team.
* Process request for membership agreements and evaluation requests for prospects and members.
* Respond to prospect and customer enquiries by telephone/email.
* Coordinate arrangements for exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and training events/activities. Send out marketing material to help attract members and prospects to events.
* Prepare agenda and compile information needed by sales staff for meetings and conferences.
* Prepare special reports upon request. Use word processing applications to transcribe, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.
* Compile invoices requiring payment, input and run register report on Zoho books platform.
* Maintain files, according to a predetermined system, and establish new ones as needed. Use data management applications for the entry and retrieval of information.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare and send courier service packages.
* Maintain inventory of office and marketing supplies; order products as needed.
Knowledge and Background Requirements:
* Five years’ experience in a professional office environment with progressive responsibilities.
* Professional experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
* Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to assist wherever necessary
* Strong customer relations aptitude
* Experience with CRM system
* Data input accuracy
