Job Description Rota Administrator/ Coordinator Overview We’re looking for a super-organised, quick-thinking Rota Administrator to join our friendly team in York. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our rotas are always covered across multiple care services — a key part of keeping everything running smoothly. Benefits Salary £27,000 per annum LOVELY hours 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00) Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Free onsite parking Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for rota queries and communication Coordinate new starter inductions and maintain effective relationships with all staff Work proactively to ensure the rotas are filled across all services Identify workforce gaps and act on planned and unplanned absence to ensure service delivery is maintained Contribute to the maintenance of staff compliance records and ensure accurate and up to date records of annual leave and absence are recorded Provide rota reporting on request and work as part of a team within the rota function and Operational Services Team Qualifications Experience in coordinating/administering rotas/shifts for a minimum of 1 year Knowledge and experience in rotas and compliance associated Ideally experience of care based/ clinical software Excellent communication skills and IT skills including outlook, word, and excel If you are a proactive and positive individual with a passion for ensuring efficient rota management, we would love to hear from you.
