What Youll Do
As a Home Care Assistant, your role is vital in helping our clients live independently and happily. Your daily tasks may include:
Assisting with personal care to help clients maintain hygiene, comfort, and dignity
Preparing meals, drinks, and snacks to support nutrition and wellbeing
Helping with everyday tasks : cleaning, shopping, laundry, bill paying
Supporting medication routines (full training provided)
Offering companionship and social support, helping clients stay connected with friends & family
Working as part of a caring team, liaising with colleagues and healthcare professionals
Keeping accurate, professional records and communicating effectively
Every task you do makes a difference in someones life
